Ashley Boyle

Ashley Boyle is a San Diego native who was raised in Linda Vista, CA. She began working for MC

Properties in 2011 and started her career as an Assistant Property Manager for over 400 units. She has

worked her way up to become a Property Manager and has been managing Bella Vista Apartments in El

Cajon for the last 9 years. With Bella Vista being her first Affordable Housing Community, she is well

acquainted with all the Rental Income limits from the County of San Diego and submits annual reports to

the State of California to meet all the compliance requirements. Ashley is a dependable, hardworking

manager who works diligently to get the job done. She has a great deal of knowledge in the day-to-day operations, managing maintenance staff, leasing, delinquencies, evictions, and resident retention.

Hope Salcido

Esperanza Salcido has been in the property management industry for several years. Her experience began in military housing as a Service Manager. Primarily she was handling repairs and maintenance, in

a timely fashion for residents. She transitioned into non-military housing as a Maintenance Coordinator

and assisted as a Leasing Agent to ensure properties remained in pristine condition, and vacancies were

filled as quickly as possible. The role of Assistant Property Manager allowed her to gain priceless experience in the day-to-day operations and become familiar with running properties seamlessly. After thriving in this position for over a year, she has seized the opportunity to become the Property Manager for Lake Ridge Apartments and Mesa Cove Apartments. As a manager, she has dedicated herself to providing superior customer service to residents and vendors, as well as providing a fun yet productive workplace for the maintenance and office staff.

Lupita Hernandez

Lupita Hernandez was born in California and raised in Mexicali. She began her career in 1997 working for Davlyn Investments, a Property Management Company, and started as an Assistant Property Manager at Delta Village Apartments. A few years later she worked her way up as a Property Managerwhere she managed Villa Serena Apartments until 2006. In 2008 she found a new job and started working for Griswold Real Estate Management, andbecame the Property Manager for Silver Oak Apartments, which was purchased by MC Properties in 2009. She is a hard working professional who has grown with the MC Properties family. She is knowledgeable in the day to day operations, managing maintenance sta3, city inspections, leasing, evictions, and delinquencies.

Lupita Hernandez is a California native who was raised in Mexicali. She began her career in 1997 working
