Ashley Boyle is a San Diego native who was raised in Linda Vista, CA. She began working for MC Properties in 2011 and started her career as an Assistant Property Manager for over 400 units. She has worked her way up to become a Property Manager and has been managing Bella Vista Apartments in El Cajon for the last 9 years. With Bella Vista being her first Affordable Housing Community, she is well acquainted with all the Rental Income limits from the County of San Diego and submits annual reports to the State of California to meet all the compliance requirements. Ashley is a dependable, hardworking manager who works diligently to get the job done. She has a great deal of knowledge in the day-to-day operations, managing maintenance staff, leasing, delinquencies, evictions, and resident retention.
