Esperanza Salcido has been in the property management industry for several years. Her experience began in military housing as a Service Manager. Primarily she was handling repairs and maintenance, in a timely fashion for residents. She transitioned into non-military housing as a Maintenance Coordinator and assisted as a Leasing Agent to ensure properties remained in pristine condition, and vacancies were filled as quickly as possible. The role of Assistant Property Manager allowed her to gain priceless experience in the day-to-day operations and become familiar with running properties seamlessly. After thriving in this position for over a year, she has seized the opportunity to become the Property Manager for Lake Ridge Apartments and Mesa Cove Apartments. As a manager, she has dedicated herself to providing superior customer service to residents and vendors, as well as providing a fun yet productive workplace for the maintenance and office staff.
