Lupita Hernandez was born in California and raised in Mexicali. She began her career in 1997 working for Davlyn Investments, a Property Management Company, and started as an Assistant Property Manager at Delta Village Apartments. A few years later she worked her way up as a Property Manager where she managed Villa Serena Apartments until 2006. In 2008 she found a new job and started working for Griswold Real Estate Management, and became the Property Manager for Silver Oak Apartments, which was purchased by MC Properties in 2009. She is a hard working professional who has grown with the MC Properties family. She is knowledgeable in the day to day operations, managing maintenance sta3, city inspections, leasing, evictions, and delinquencies.
